Base color in OPI's Black Onyx from the Tuxedo Collection.
Using a thin brush and some white acrylic paint, I painted on the design you see above..and below.
This design was based on another that I saw on the interwebs but I did a little something different.  Hope you enjoy!

Pastel Tribals

Recently, I put a little suggestion box on my blog for designs that you want to see!  I've already got a few to do from my followers so thank you for your input!  Make sure to utilize this if you have something you want me to do because I love your ideas. :)

Base color in Chick Nail Polish's Baby Cakes.  I used Honey Bunch and All a Twitter for the gradient using a make up sponge.
To top it off, I used white acrylic paint, a tiny brush, and a dotting tool to paint on the tribal design.  I hope you enjoy this design and I did it justice!

St. Louis Skyline!

Base color in OPI's What's With the Cattitude? from the Shrek Collection.  Using my handy makeup sponge, I sponged on Ogre-the-Top Blue to make the sky fade out.
To top off this beautiful blue sky, I stamped on some puffy white clouds using white Konad stamping polish and a Konad plate.  I thought it looked really pretty just like this so I made sure you could see it before painting on the skyline.
And here it is!  Using black acrylic paints, I made the little buildings...and the arch!
Sealed off with a nice shiny top coat and it's golden.  I was just there and I can't stop thinking about it!  Good thing I'll be back there in a few weeks!! :D

My Dogsled is a Hybrid

Base color in OPI's My Dogsled is a Hybrid from the Nordic Collection.
Using black Konad stamping polish and a Konad plate, I finished off the tips with that lacy design.  It's simple, but very pretty!  :)

Cardinals Tattoo!

I went to my first St. Louis Cardinals baseball game yesterday at Busch Stadium!  It was awesome.  Totally did it up and got my Molina shirt!! Well, of course I needed to commemorate my time at my first Busch Stadium game with some awesome nails. So here they are...
Base color in OPI's Alpine Snow from the Tuxedo Collection.  I used red acrylic paint to paint on my usual baseball stitches.  I used St. Louis Cardinals temporary tattoos for the little cardinals on my middle two fingers.  I finished the manicure off with sponging on Pirouette My Whistle from the New York City Ballet Collection.

Do You Have This Color in Stock-Holm?

Base color in OPI's Do You Have This Color in Stock-Holm? from the Nordic Collection.

Using a makeup sponge, I made a gradient of My Voice is a Little Norse.  It just looked so pretty together!  I think these are my favorite colors in the new collection.  Hope you enjoyed!

Shark Week!

It's SHARK WEEK everyone!! Started with a base color in OPI's Can't Find My Czechbook from the Euro Centrale Collection.

On three of the nails, I used the Cheeky Tropical Holiday large plate and dark blue Konad stamping polish for the waves.

Using gray, black, and white acrylic paints, I painted the shark on the feature nail and a little fin in the water on my index finger.

Please, live every week like it's shark week! :)

Just Not Gonna Go There.

Base color in OPI's Alpine Snow from the Tuxedo Collection and A Roll in the Hauge from the Holland Collection.
The fox was done with the nail polish and some black/white acrylic paint.
Then, each little paw print was dotted with a dotting tool!  I hope the fox says CUTE! AND that my friends, was probably the lamest joke I've EVAR made.  You're welcome. ;)

Aria Night Out!

Today I have a special post for you!  My nails today were inspired by the luxurious Aria Resort Hotel in Las Vegas.  What caught my eye the most was the exterior of the hotel which I twisted with a fun and sexy nail art design for a night out on the town!

I started with a base color in OPI's Black Onxy from the Tuxedo Collection.  I carefully placed silver hexagonal glitters on my nails, giving it a very shiny mirrored look!  It's much more spectacular in person.
Lastly, I used a silver striper, and white/light purple acrylic paint to finish the manicure.  This manicure is sure to catch your attention and complement a fun night out at the Aria!

Be sure to check out the Aria Resort Hotel here! :)

I can't think of a name...and I just can't cope-acabana.

Base color in OPI's I Just Can't Cope-acabana from the Brazil Collection.
This was then stamped with a Pueen plate and black Konad stamping polish.
After everything was ready and set to go, I put a little silver glitter striper near the tips.  They kind of remind me of pineapples a bit.  Hope ya like! :)
