Coral Crush

Base color in Victoria's Secret's Coral Crush and OPI's Alpine Snow from the Tuxedo Collection.
On the Alpine Snow nails, I used Coral Crush to create a half moon and then the petals on the flower-esque design.
After that was dry, I used black acrylic paint to outline it and used a tiny dotting tool to create the outlining dots.  It's a super springy and fun design and I hope you like it!

Don't Neon Me!

Base color in Victoria's Secret's Brighten Up.
Using black acrylic paints, I painted on the black lines on the sides of the nails.  It's simple, but I think it looks awesome! :)

For the record.. I am totally out of creative juice today and needed help coming up with a title.  Just so happens, she also was out of creativeness today and we landed here.  So, that.

I'm Matte About You!

Base color in Essie's Butler Please which was then topped off with a coat of OPI's Matte top coat.
After that completely dried, I used some tape and taped off diagonal areas on my nails.  Using OPI's Black Onyx from the Tuxedo Collection, I finished off the manicure.  I love the contrast of matte to gloss which is why this manicure is one of my favorites (even if it took two minutes!).  I really am all about matte right now, but when it looks this good, how could you not be?  Hope you like!

Daisy Pop!

Base color in OPI's Black Onyx from the Tuxedo Collection.  This was then stamped a few times with white Konad stamping polish and a Mash plate.  The middle of the daisies were dotted with magenta acrylic paint.
Everything was then sponged with Blush Hour from the Spotlight on Glitter Collection.  This glitter was very poky, so I had to use two coats of top coat to finish this off.  Hope you enjoy this springy design!

French Quarter for your Thoughts?

Base color in OPI's French Quarter for your Thoughts from the Touring America Collection.
This was stamped with white Konad stamping polish using a Mash plate and a Gals plate.   Over the top (along with the dotting) I used Chick Nail Polish's Baby Cakes.
Everything was topped off with OPI's matte top coat, because...  matte! :) Hope you enjoy this design as much as I do!

Shamrock Shake-Up

Base color in China Glaze's Cosmic Dust from the Hologlam Collection.
This was stamped with a Bundle Monster Holiday plate and a gradient of dark green, light green, and white Konad stamping polish.
I love that there is still a little rainbow in the holographic nail polish for the shamrocks to shine!  Happy St. Patrick's Day everyone!

Stained Glass

Base color in OPI's I Theodora You from the Oz the Great and Powerful Collection.
Next, I took some black acrylic paint and a tiny brush and created the outlines for the stained glass design.  (I got this idea from Pinterest and absolutely love it!)
Lastly, I used a hot pink striper and filled in some areas with it.  Hope you enjoy this bright and fun creation!

Live. Love. Carnival.

Base color in OPI's Live. Love. Carnival. from the Brazil Collection.  The feature nails was glittered with Pirouette My Whistle from the New York City Ballet Collection.
Next, using a Bundle Monster plate and white Konad stamping polish, I stamped on the polka dots.
Lastly, using black Konad stamping polish and a Cheeky plate, I stamped the chevrons on top of them.  Hope you enjoy this springy design! :)

Base color in OPI's Alpine Snow from the Tuxedo Collection.
Using bright orange, blue, pink, and lime green acrylic paints, I delicately painted on the design.
Throughout the day, I had a little wear and tear on the ends of my nails, but they stayed intact pretty well! :)  Hope you enjoy the design!

Red Hot Rio!

Base color in OPI's Red Hot Rio from the Brazil Collection.
This was then outlined in black acrylic paint and exclamation pointed with white acrylic paint.
A friend sent me a picture of this done in pink and then a complete fail on the other side.  I thought it was hilarious and I wanted to see if I could do it justice! I do believe, this is NOT a fail! :)  Kind of reminds me of super heroes and such.  I like it.

A Little Dotty

I didn't use a base color and to be honest, I didn't use nail polish at all in this manicure!
Using three different shades of green acrylic paints, I dotted on the tips and had it fade out towards the cuticles.
It's a funky little design but fun to do...and simple!  Just seal it off with a top coat and you're ready to go.  The great thing is, if you screw up, you can just use water to start over. :)

Hoping for Spring

Base color in Chick Nail Polish's All a Twitter.
The nude nails were painted with tiny white flowers using acrylic paint.  The middles were dotted with All a Twitter.
This manicure was finished off using OPI's I Juggle Men from the Femme de Cirque (Soft Shades) Collection.

As it has just snowed this weekend, I'm hoping it's the last.  I'm so ready for spring and this manicure sure keeps me hoping it's coming soon!
